100 Days of Movement Challenge
Join us for our 100 Days of Movement Challenge! For the next 100 days you will commit to intentionally moving each day. This is meant to be fun and encourage others to join us. How do you all get your activity in between juggling work and family? What is your favorite way to move? walking the dog? tennis? yoga? a family bike ride? dancing in the kitchen? What do you tell yourself when you aren't motivated to move? How do move with the entire family? Follow us and share your stories on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. Use the tags #HLAChallenge and #HealingLightAdvocacy. Each like and tag will be an entry for your choice of one of our yoga mats from our shop.
